Instead of throwing away a heating pack that is filled with rice because the rice no longer heats up or because the cover is dirty with these sacks you simply dump out the rice, launder the bag, and refill. Its like new again!!   These are made of fleece, not flannel, and are much softer and tend to hold their heat longer.  It comes with a specially designed all plastic zipper so it is safe to use in a microwave.  This is handmade in my home and has never been used.   What is great about these sacks is that they come empty (which also lowers your shipping cost) and you can choose to fill them with whatever works best for you.  It can be filled with either rice, corn, or wheat~~ I prefer rice myself.   All you need to do is fill it with whichever you choose, microwave for 1 ½ minutes, and the heat lasts for up to an hour.  It can be used over and over and is a safe method of heat.  You can fall asleep with it without worry.    **     Great for those who suffer from neck and shoulder pain, back pain, sore muscles, stiff joints, migraines, cramps, injuries, etc. **     Put it in bed with you to keep your toes warm without needing to use an electric blanket. **     Bring them in the car with you on those cold winter days (or send them on the bus with your kids) as a portable heater to warm either your lap or your buns. **     It can also be placed in a freezer for use with bumps or booboos or to cool off on hot summer days. You could also slip an ice pack in the sack if you need it to be colder; it is much softer than just an ice pack on the skin!!   Relaxsacks come in a variety of patterns.
