These sterile dressings have a gel on one side that is applied to the wound. It helps keep the wound moist and draws out the infection. The dressings can be cut into pieces, if necessary, to accommodate the wound. SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES WITHIN THE U.S. Parcel Post/First Class Mail/Media Mail, if offered, are less costly than Priority Mail, but can take two weeks or more for delivery, especially if the destination is west of the Mississippi. Priority Mail is supposed to take 2-3 days for delivery, but can take longer. Express Mail is the only shipment method that will guarantee delivery by a certain date. From our rural area, delivery is guaranteed within two days, not one. Express Mail shipments to Virginia addresses usually are guaranteed for next day delivery.
