This system is quite ingenious as the inflatable colonic plug prevents the release of the enema until the administration is complete. Inflates by means of a bulb with release valve. The Enema Plug measures 4.5 long by 1.5" wide. Upon inflation it widens to a little over 2" wide to ensure a proper seal for the enema.
