You can find a picture of the flower parts at http://www.prairiefrontier.com/pages/families/flwrparts.jpg It is 100% Organic, no pesticides.  It is imported direct from Indonesian growers. Blue Lotus is believed to have been used in ancient Egyptian civilizations as a medicine and ritualistic herb and was represented in many forms of art during those times.
