Mint-colored terry cloth neck wrap has a wonderful herbal scent and can be chilled or warmed to provide maximum relaxation.  Use anytime you want to relax and distress.  For warm use: Place on ceramic or glass plate and microwave for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes in 30 seconds intervals until desired warmth is reached. Flip neck wrap over to avoid hot spots. Test temperature by hand before using. Do not exceed 1 to 1.5 minutes total warming time. For cold use: Place in a plastic bag and place in freezer for 1 to 2 hours. To clean: Remove inner herb pack and wash outer pack in washing machine on gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low heat.
