(The Velcro is on the inside and away from the face and it also covers the Velcro on the headgear so that it can't scratch.There are Velcro straps on each end ot the MINI-HOSE HUGGIE to allow easy installation and easily closes for a snug fit). Machine washable. (Simply wash in cold or warm water and air dried). Air or tumble dry in the dryer. Takes away that medical equipment look and feel. (Adds soft, cool colors and feel.
