Collections3.1 Collection window. You have 7 days from the end of the auction to collect you item(s). A collection charge usually applies: please check the listing for details. If you fail to collect within 7 days your item may be resold or donated to charity.3.2 Uncollected item process. Your eBay invoice contains all the information you need to arrange a collection. You will receive one reminder prior to the collection window expiring.3.3 Storage penalties. We will ensure that your item is safely stored for 7 days after the auction closes. This is sufficient time to arrange collection. Should we agree to hold your item longer (see 3.1) we will charge storage costs of £25 per item per week (or part thereof) after this time.
