Unused stock found by Dr. Pierre's daughter, cases found in a walled area, she explained that a lady in the Victorian teens would barely whisper at a need for such a personal article...these were kept under the counter...and never saw the light of day...the box is an unusual shape- a turn of the century label in blue and red on cream covers the full top, on a burnished gold edge and sides... with  embossed purple paper sides of cover, measures  5" length x 3" wide x 3/4" deep, in very good condition, all original, full boxes, (one sponge in each) from the Dr.Pierre Chemical Co.
