We will assist any customer by providing tracking information to law enforcement officials if you choose to file a report for lost or stolen mail. We apologize in advance for these types of scenarios, however we WILL NOT file insurance claims on delivery confirmed items. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours, please note that we ship Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and US Federal holidays. Backordered items generally ship within 2-10 business days provided they are available from the manufacturer. USPS Express orders are only shipped Monday through Friday until 4pm each day. Express orders placed after 4 pm Friday or during the weekend, will be shipped on Monday or the first business day if Monday is a Federal Holiday. They are usually guaranteed delivery the next day or 2 days depending on delivery location. Orders placed by 4pm CST Mon-Fri are shipped the same day, providing the product is in stock. Military Address (APO/FPO) EZBody ships all orders sent to APO and FPO Boxes via USPS. Depending on product availability and location, orders should arrive at your Military Address within 3-5 business days. Delivery time from the military address to you can vary. Very Important: Your package is only insured to your military address. EZBody is not liable for packages lost by Military Mail. If an insurance claim needs to be filed, it must be filed 75 days after the shipping date, per USPS regulations.
